GoDaddy, the web hosting giant has added another name of the list of acquisitions done by it in 2013. GoDaddy has now acquired Media Temple, a web hosting company.
With this acquisition, GoDaddy aims to have direct access to the experts from Media Temple hosting. These experts will share insight and knowledge on how GoDaddy can improve its services. Apart from this, with Media Temple, GoDaddy will be able to serve a larger number of technical users as well.
The SSL & Cloud services, VPS, Shared and Enterprise hosting services are provided by Media Temple. It also owns a Content Delivery Network (CDN). Media Temple has been in the business of web hosting since 1998.
